The company was originally founded by Teresa Fletcher, who has over 25 years experience in all areas of the market including; Medical tattooing, Cosmetic tattooing, Tattoo Removal, and Correction.

  • Teresa Fletcher

    Teresa has trained surgeons, breast nurses and technicians throughout the UK and Ireland. She has also trained in Harley Street, Harrods and Selfridges and has been creating Elite Technicians through Dermace for the last 10 years.

    Teresa has graduated from Cardiff University Law School and is now a qualified Expert Witness in the field of Micro-pigmentation. She is currently one of only two Expert Witnesses in this field to graduate from this training.

  • Paige Lloyd

    Paige is a very accomplished Semi Permanent Makeup artist and has been nominated for several awards for her work. More importantly, Paige is very much a trainer at heart, and is happiest when sharing her knowledge and experience with students. She’s a Level 4 Technician, and her speciality is Advanced Brows and Lips.

  • Jess Lloyd

    Jess has been tattooing for over 8 years now and has a huge amount of procedures under her belt.

    She is also a vital part of the post-training support team, giving practical advice to technician’s questions and procedure guidance.

    Jess is originally from a beauty background, and is qualified to VTCT level 4, as well as Laser procedures and SPMU. She has an excellent all-round knowledge of the industry and is a highly skilled technician.
